On the Seventeenth of July two thousand fourteen the flight MH17 left Schiphol airport in the Netherlands with two hundred ninety six persons on board.
The airplane was shot down in the cross fire of the rebels and the army of Ukraine.
Hundred ninety six passengers were Dutch. Eighty percent were under eighteen years old. Complete families died in the deadliest shooting down of an airliner to date. The process of recovering the remaining of the victims took months and after one year the research of what really happened has not yet been completed.
