The scene is New York City, and a group of Dinosaurs are roaming the city as if the Ice Age still existed. Dinosaurs have a unique substance in their teeth that can cure the aids and other viruses. The substance is part of the bone enamel of the teeth. So, getting it is a problem because these creatures ain't going down wit out a fight !
The modern man has to use new technology on this beast, but most of the technology like bombs, weapons,lasers, and guns only makes them stronger when they are shot or tranquilized. These Animals are just outside the city of New York in grassy land, and soon because of mans way of tampering with things decide to feast on the people of New York. A group of scientist headed by Rhondo, and a financier named Don Achielo is the real cause for this problem that has been unleashed on the city of New York.
