Betty's life changed forever when, Lisa, drowned in a tragic swimming pool accident. It is her personal story which led her on to offer support to other bereaved parents through, The Compassionate Friends. This is an international organisation which helps people come to terms with the loss of their children.

Betty has managed to find a true sense of peace in her heart and mind.
