Naive but independent Sela is sought for her inherent magical abilities by ancillary INITIATES who are not what they seem. Not the least of which is Thomas, who has been educated in the most EXCLUSIVE International MYSTERY Schools since boyhood and is recruited to guide and influence Sela in fulfilling her destiny as the heir apparent leader among the Circle HIERARCHY.
Sela helps the SISTERHOOD in seducing Tanya, a twenty year old college student who has no idea about the esoteric significance of her ANCESTRAL roots. Tanya is unique as she is the only person who is able to conceive the fruit of a centuries old RITE, The Covenant Child. In order to fulfill the MYSTICAL ambitions of the Circle, Tanya must be used as a vessel to bring forth the DIVINE offspring.
To complicate matters, Tanya's brother has become embroiled with a RADICAL Christian organization that will stop at nothing to prevent Tanya and the Circle from ascending to POWER.
