Ariel and the Artifice of Venus is a fun modern-day mystery adventure with a sci-fi/fantasy twist. What is it all about? Well that's just what young graduate archaeologist Stephen Howard is trying to figure out. Perhaps it's got something to do with the two feuding cults that are searching for his new boss, Ariel? Maybe it's got something to do with the mysterious Christopher Langton and his men in black types that seem to be lurking around every corner? Or perhaps it's got something to do with an eleven thousand year old legend, a mini-bus full of Greek students, a small town in rural England, and some really nice strawberry cheesecake? One thing's for sure, when the past collides with the present, and legends go to war, it's going to be one hell of a week for our unlikely young hero.
