Balancing the Scale
By: Caesar Rondina

Balancing the Scale is an exploration of the different types of time: the time you see on the clock, and the time kept by your body internally. “We don’t think about time in its true sense,” Rondina writes, “because frankly, it scares us. Our fear is not so much about time itself, but what time represents.” Rondina explores how your body-clock time is finite and offers his own lifetime of wisdom learned throughout his career as a paramedic, to drive home his advice for finding balance, improving quality of life, and enjoying what time we have here on Earth.

About the Author

With over 35 years of working experience in the public health care system, Caesar Rondina’s real-life experiences have provided insight about the world we live in and how we choose to live in it. His writings are a reflective account of the author’s experiences as a paramedic/firefighter, and a guide for self-improvement and self-empowerment.

Rondina is an author, businessman, educator, paramedic, master boat captain, and father to three adult children. Born in New England, he has attended universities in the fields of Education and Business Management. He has completed extended studies in the fields of electronics, medicine, and boating. He is a licensed paramedic and pre-hospital medical practitioner. In addition, he holds a United States Coast Guard Master Captain’s license, and a National Association of Radio and Telecommunications Engineers First Class Repair and Teaching certification, as well as several additional medical teaching certifications. Rondina continues to work as a paramedic, educator, and public speaker, as he embarks on a new career of writer.
