Son of a mortal king and the earth Goddess, Gaian has known since he was ten that it was possible for him to Become a god, too. The catch is that he'll have to burn to death first. He's willing to wait a while before he tries that.

Raised to be a warrior, he's certain that there's another purpose for this more-than-human strength. Something, perhaps, he should be doing before he tries to Become. The only thing he knows to be true is what his father taught him—that the only true purpose of strength is to protect those who are weaker. Everyone is weaker than Gaian.
