Beyond Salvage

With strict rules in effect, with executions carried out for relatively minor misdemeanours, the streets of Cayenne should be safe, yet the convict, Luc Tessyier, is still able to rule by fear through supernatural curses. Further inland, the jungle has no laws at all, enabling the masked sculptor Uguen to carry out his non-consensual occult surgery without opposition. With two threats at large, and the mystic Georges Steil not getting any younger, hope is in short supply.
