IN A WORLD WHERE MAGICKALS EXIST WITH HUMANS, THERE'S A DESTINY WAITING TO HAPPEN
THE MYTH ABOUT THE MAGICKAL SOUL MATES IS REAL
Faith Hampton, the only daughter to a human billionaire, has always known about her magical roots. Her mother is a pureblood witch. But she is a half-blood protective of her human half and she will rather ignore her magickal half if not for her adorable, slightly irritating mother.
But just a few days before Samhain - and her twenty-second birthday - she is sent on her first mission as a Magickal to New Orleans. She has the power to sense magick in others, and she is to use this to find a warlock who didn't know he is a pure blooded Magickal.
Reluctant but aware of her obligations as a half-witch, she is forced to go, only to learn that said Magickal is none other than the reclusive billionaire Castiel James, the one with the Midas' Touch. He is also young, handsome and magnetic, and she couldn't fight being drawn to him as he seems to her from the moment they have met.
And as a storm strands Faith in Castiel's mansion, so is a different kind of storm gathers inside the house.
And its about to destroy everything both hold dear in this world, to open them up to another that Faith had first thought to be just a myth - that of the Magickal Soul Mates.

“WHAT WAS THAT?” Faith asked. Her chest heaved as she drew a ragged breath. It was as though the oxygen had been sucked from the room and was only just being released back a bit at a time. Her head swam with a thousand strange images of Castiel and her together—memories that couldn’t be real.
“I… I don’t know.” Castiel reached up to stroke her cheek. “We know each other, don’t we? It’s not possible, but I have these memories of you. I can see you and me together, but it’s strange, like it happened a long time ago. We’re wearing old-fashioned clothing and speaking another language. It can’t be real, can it?”
Faith sighed and pulled his head to her chest. The sudden appearance of her mother and the request of the Council were starting to make sense. She felt utterly drained, as though she had used every ounce of her gift to cast the most powerful spell she was capable of, and she knew why they had asked her not to use her gift for anything until she returned to New York.
“I think it’s time for me to come clean about why I was sent here,” she said.
Castiel leaned back and stared at her. They both became conscious of the fact that they were still joined together.
“This may be difficult to take in, but after the things that have happened in your life, and what just happened now, maybe you’ll be able to keep an open mind,” she began.
“Where is this leading, Faith?”
She took a deep breath, faced him, and looked him directly in the eyes as she told him the truth. “Magic is real, I’m a witch, and you’re a warlock who hasn’t yet come into your full potential.” She sat back on the edge of the pan next to where Castiel still reclined. “The book deal was just a ruse I came up with because I was sent to fetch you back to the Council of Magickals.”
“Is that everything?”
She winced. “Not really, but it’s what’s important.”
