Despite our best efforts, we all know that sometimes life gets in the way and can truly derail our best intentions. It would be so wonderful to have loads of free time to plan our days, cook low-calorie, healthy meals, exercise without time constraints, and be able to pamper ourselves without the pressure of deadlines.
