Jon Bon Jovi is a New Jersey-born rock star. Bon Jovi's attention in music was flashed at an early age. He spent most of his teen years shirking his studies to play and spend time at The Power Station, a New York based recording studio owned by his cousin.

Bon Jovi has sold an estimated 120 million albums worldwide, releasing eleven studio albums to date. Their third album, Slippery When Wet, is their most successful and has been certified diamond by the RIAA. Jovi enjoyed success as a solo artist with two award-winning albums, Blaze of Gloryand Destination Anywhere. Jovi has dabbled in acting, appearing in film and television titles such as Moonlight and Valentino and Ally McBeal. Jovi has earned many awards, both as a solo artist and with his band, including an American Music Award, a Golden Globe Award and BRIT Award.
