Book 3 Journal of a Demented Wanderer Redemption

part 3(1 ) of my trlogy is focusing on the completion of a journey by the journal author, that began in his initial journal where he portrays intimately his inner journey from accepting all the conventional narratives revolving around what it is to be normal, successful, and socially accepted by society. to conforming to societies expectations, being successful in your career, earning a decent salary, owning your own home, a successful high achieving wife, and children living their lives meaningfully happy, and secure.
the reality is very different. as each volume of his observations on human nature unfolds, the author finds himself returning to the inner battle going on within himself over reconciling his desire to be liberated from the stranglehold of the culture he lives in, to that of an anti-establishment anarchist free from all socially accepted ways of behaving. he explores in depth the willingness of himself to open up to his dark side, the repressed shadow within himself, that has contempt for the morally questionable purpose of self and wider society's censorship against what it regards as dangerous subversive ways of living held by various alternative outcast groups that the journal writer finds his new found freedom to express who actually is rather what wider respectable expects him to express..
in the the first part of this final volume, healing and redemption has not yet taken place, and he is still addicted to participating in bizarre but humouress daily events which glory in making the trivial and mundane which are overflowing with innuendo and sardonic asides at daily life throughout all 3 volumes mercury and others he encounters live in a dystopian world of powerful financial elites, in a society in england set in the 2020's into the 2030's.democracy is suspended and england is governed by a joint military and civilian council. mercury and his band of outcasts live in the slum areas of london. they including mercury benefit from a mentor called lady lavender aged 85. she is billionaress left a huge fortune by her late husband. having so much money anables lady lavender to live her own avant garde lifestyle without having to bother with the social obligations of conformity.
The principal player and author of the 3 volumes of his journal, is keen to explore as deeply as possible the dark previously hidden part of himself, which is amoral, sees nothing wrong in having no conscience and feels he has the need to seek new sensations to stimulate and make him feel human. The main thread in all my 3 volumes of my book the demented warrior is regarding behaving in a non conformist way, to shock others as well as accepting his right to be shocked and stimulated by the unorthodox behaviour of others.
throughout the 3 volumes there are scenes of an erotic nature, whose purpose further reinforces the power of sex to to transform and influence mercury to reinvent himself free from the constraints of the rigid social role he formally felt trapped. It took joining a band of social outcasts who changed their own names, as part of the process of personal rebirth into their new identities where like Mercury his other members of the various anarchic groups he belonged to, were free to practice new forms of behaviour, more suitable to making that transformative change to that new personality meaningful to that stage in their lives. experiencing the world through the eyes of a pyschotic helps mercury to find the freedom that goes with that perspective; to find his own inner peace freed from the stranglehold of self serving socially acceptable codes of behavioural conduct which require unthinking conformity to society's rules.
