Most of us know that sleep is part of our normal daily routine, and we don't perform well if we don't get enough of it. According to a study published by the Harvard Medical School in 2008, such health concerns as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and hypertension, can be attributed to getting an inadequate amount of sleep.
