「這是我的人類圖實驗私密筆記， 寫下來，是為了讓你知道， 遵循內在權威與策略而活是可行的。」   從最小的問題：「你要不要喝杯咖啡？」到最極端的：「你想要辭職嗎？」 七年來，每一個答案都來自薦骨的聲音：嗯哼（好），或嗯嗯（不好）。   一開始，瑪麗‧安嚇壞了，因為她根本不知道自己會如何回應。 「與其害怕自己薦骨的聲音，下一步會對什麼有回應，我更害怕這一生從未活出真正的自己。」   根據人類圖，瑪麗．安是一個生產者，內在權威是薦骨，做決定的方式是「等待，回應」，依照薦骨的聲音所透露的「是」或「不是」，才參與或遠離某個活動、過程或人。她決定開始實驗。她以為「等待」很簡單，其實不然。因為必須等待別人詢問，有回應之後才能行動，一開始她體內蘊積許多能量，想要發起，讓事情發生，做什麼事都好。發起，是她過去四十餘年的慣性，也是社會對一個人的期待，代表主動、積極、進取的特質。   「停止所有發起，純粹等待回應，這根本是種折磨。相較於活著，它其實更像死亡。我不再嘗試讓事情發生，這讓我覺得無力且驚恐。我最大的恐懼是：『如果我不再嘗試讓事情發生，這些事究竟要如何出現在我的生命中？』我的全部人生處在危急存亡關頭，包括婚姻，我很害怕。但我必須這麼做。即使我知道這意味著我拿生命中所珍視的一切再冒險，但我知道，對我而言沒有什麼比認清自己更重要的了。」   前六個月，她以高度的紀律進行薦骨實驗，包括吃飯、購物等一切生活中再平常不過的事，有些奇妙的發現和領悟，但也有恐懼：   「恐懼吞噬了我。如果我不喜歡真正的自己該怎麼辦？我喜歡我一直以來的樣子，那是行得通的。如果我真的開始去回應每件事，我會變成怎樣的人？會有人喜歡我嗎？會有人愛我嗎？如果我沒有先拿起話筒，會有人打電話給我嗎？」   這個實驗整整進行了七年，一開始她的人生混亂不堪，親友不解，經歷痛苦與恐懼的折磨之後，隨之而來的是奇妙的體驗與喜悅的感受，而且生命開始走向她，她因而踏上一段從未想像過的的旅程。她揮別過往的生命模式，獲得重生，至今依然全然擁抱她的內在權威，喜悅地與人們分享她的實驗，並矢志讓更多人回到內在權威與策略，活出自己獨一無二的人生。   Joyce...
