The future is not as bright as we once thought.

Welcome to the year 2185, the planet Earth has been left in a state of decay, slowly dying from man’s greed and his constant efforts to drain the Earth of its rich minerals. Across the once flourishing continents there are now only 15 major cities that are housed in massive dome like structures that are scattered across parts of the world where the remaining human race find refuge, although people still live on the outside, in the barren lands, the world has changed them, they are as diseased and mutated as the land itself. All the cities are similarly broken down into different districts, and each district is policed by its own dedicated law enforcement department, working together towards the goal of keeping the streets clean and safe and the criminals on ice. Gone are the prison systems of yesterday, convicted criminals are now sentenced to cryogenic freezing, where their mind is placed in a virtual reality world where they are forced to confront their crimes and accept their punishment. Delta City is one of the oldest city’s that still remain, building upon itself rapidly, striving to be a utopia that stands on a seedy world below in the downtown underbelly that controls everything. District 3 has the reputation of making or breaking anyone who find themselves assigned to what is commonly referred to as the homicide capital of Delta City. Detective Gary Jackson wages war on the criminal element with his own style of justice, one that is hard and fast with the breaking of bones and teeth, walking a fine line between the light and the dark, he knows the difference he makes is for the betterment of his city.

Gary and Davey race against the clock as The Whisperer's victims continue to pile up, they must find a way to him and stop his reign of insanity before he forces more innocent people to kill and a mythological story from downtown shows some truth.
