Lucy James suffered in her young life at the hands of a brutal killer. With death comes release and no longer she feels his pain. Having watched him dump her body in a shallow grave under a hedgerow outside of town, she's now unable to leave the field and her body. She longs to see her granddad, the one member of the family she's missed since his passing. If she's to spend an eternity in death, least she'll be spending it with laughter.

Instinct tells her, her body must be found and buried for her granddad to come, and she waves at all the traffic, hoping sometime, someone will see her.

Gaining a passerby's gaze, she soon discovers him to be a kind man, who helps.
Seeing her body buried, her granddad doesn't caome and she must find the man who helped her to ask for his help again.

Doing this he reveals how she must forgive the man who killed her to move on.

She won't, she can't but she must.

Finding herself in the killer's bedroom, she finds she can see into his dreams and sees him with another girl.

He is about to do it all again.
