Akashic launched our BLACK SHEEP YA imprint with the first book in this series, Changers Book One: Drew.
We have licensed the series into translation into German, Spanish, Norwegian, and to Little Brown in the UK.
TV producer Meryl Poster optioned the entire 4-book series for TV.
The authors are currently writing three episodes for YouTube Red, with A&E studios producing the show.
The series has received reviews and been featured in the New York Times, O, the Oprah Magazine, School Library Journal, Publishers Weekly (starred review), The Guardian (UK), etc.
John Green has been supportive of the series, including sending tweets to his legions of followers (Green currently has 5.42 million followers)
This is the final book in a four-book series of YA novels all starring the same protagonist (who take on different identities in each volume).
The authors (they are parents of young teenage children) will be very active in book promotion, including visits to schools and library programs in addition to book festivals and YA book club visits.
