The Chronicles examine the possibilities of an addition, not a singular amendment, to the American Constitution for establishing a freedom that could not have existed before the twenty first century. The medical and genetic technologies have advanced during the last generation to the point that a health or wellness right can be established for all citizens.   The only real way of determining this feasibility is by examining the dynamical time line of the U.S. Constitution and especially the remarkable ‘set’ of concurrent, paralleled wisdom ‘entities’ expressed in the 52 words of its Preamble.  No other document’s stated purpose had managed to set expressions of Justice, Tranquility, Common Defense, General Welfare, Liberty and Our, note Our, Posterity that defined  the basis of a successful society when there had been no real precedent in history before it.
