Carrolyyn is extremely overweight, highly isolated and has strong OCD tendencies. These compulsions keep her from having relationships and from enjoying her life. The tide changes on a chance click on a dating website, Chubby Chasers. 

Chubby Chasers Volume 1 of the trilogy, chronicles Carrolyyn’s changes as she delves deeper into a relationship with Derq who she met on the site. Fan, Nita, Kix, Zak, Sarra and Cameron all work with Carrolyyn at an event planning agency Take Me To The Ball. Carrolyyn heads up the Fastest Trim Down contestant search which causes some jealousy from the others. The Take Me team have always skated around Carrolyyn’s queer habits but as her behavior changes, they get more involved. Another current theme in the series includes the great JJ Mack wanting to reunite Carrolyyn with her birth mother on an episode of The Fastest Trim Down.
