Cost-Mart is just like any super conglomerate chain store. Low prices, High turnover, and Minimum wage. Beth Grey has been a loyal Cost-Mart employee for years, despite the lack of benefits and decent wages. On top of that, she's stuck in a miserable relationship with a dismissive boyfriend and even her friends can't be bothered to give her the time of day.
