Haruspex Analytics had to pay a terrible cost, but it was paid. The organization behind the Project Recall virus is now free to act without fear of retribution from foes in the mystic realm. Now it turns its eye toward a more temporal foe: a handful of heroes, villains, and scientists trying break the virus before it has a chance to be used.

Once, in an alternate past, a spell was cast that nearly destroyed the world. It nearly would have, had a man not sacrificed part of himself to change the fabric of reality itself. Stormclouds gather as the Chairman summons his power to cast that spell a second time. This time it doesn't focus on the world, but something much smaller: a tiny artificial island, floating somewhere in the Atlantic.
