Dacobra

Lionel Maxwell is a sculptor who discovers in Paris a book concerning the legend of the White Priests--immortals offered by Ormuzd to Ahriman as a gesture of good faith. Maxwell joins an expedition to seek out the legendary beings, before returning home to construct a statue based on what he's seen and read. But the sinister Dr. Rawlins has his own ideas about what should be in such a work of art.
