When Max Benson and Jeremy Logan buy an antique radio for their new condo, the couple gets more than just a conversation piece. Broadcasting talk show Second Chance on Station SPTK, Spirit Talk Radio, listeners are invited to settle old scores, solve mysteries and finally make peace--with the dead.

Winning out over his initial reluctance, Max’s love and concern compel him to accompany his husband cross-country to visit Jeremy's estranged father, a cold, bitter and emotionally abusive man.
