Amanda Freed is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and a McLean Meditation Institute Certified Mindfulness & Meditation Instructor, with over 30 years’ experience healing, presenting, and teaching nationally and internationally. She has studied with academic scholars, Native American tribes, and renowned yoga and meditation teachers. Her goal is to demystify the processes of meditation and mindfulness, making them pleasant and easily accessible to the experienced practitioner as well as the neophyte. Amanda’s style of teaching is light-hearted and fun. Her dedication to teaching self-love and compassion through meditation and mindfulness stems from her belief that the world can be elevated through contemplative practices one spirit at a time.
