For as long as our country has been in existence the tale has been told to children that our first president, George Washington, could not tell a lie. Now it appears that our 45th president, Donald J. Trump, cannot tell the truth. Many of his public statements he makes merely to glorify himself, others merely to promote an agenda. Several theories have been put forth to explain this strange behavior; one is that he actually believes these false statements: in other words, that he is delusional. Since the date of publication he has been sticking more closely to the facts, and more and more of his brash statements have turned out to be accurate. Recently the news anchors as MSNBC were mocking him for saying that since he took office illegal immigration had declined by 60%, but guess what? It turned out to be true!
