"The Canterville Ghost" was published in February 1887. The story of the Canterville Ghost takes place in an old English country house, Canterville Chase, que has all the accoutrements of a traditional haunted house.

After murdering his wife, Simon de Canterville was sentenced to death and his spirit haunts the house scaring visitors. After centuries haunting the house, Sir Simon faces a new challenge: to terrorize an American family that is indifferent to the display of noises and apparitions.

This edition is not a translation at all but a complete re-write of the novel with portions added, omitted and adapted to learn Spanish under Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), Level A2.
