A young couple buys the waterfront home of their dreams. After years of rehab to their home, they find it was all in vain. The government is going to take it from them. Feeling robbed of his liberty, Jeff is left hopeless and is willing to lose it all.

This is the revised second edition.

One reviewer of the first edition wrote, “Tit Elingtin grabbed my attention immediately with this exciting, fun-filled drama of man versus small gov't. Very descriptive, colorful and full of manic adventure with a touch of romance and sexual teasing to keep the leading man at a simmering pace to the explosion you know he's headed for. A really fun read, one you don't want to stop - but you want to know how it ends, and then you’ll be disappointed it's finished. Reminiscent of my favorite author, William Goldman. This would make an exciting movie. Way to go Tit!”

Another reviewer said, “What an excellent book! I was hooked after reading the first two pages! The authors write with such amazing description and explanation of vivid emotion. With a nice balance of back story and action you will fight sleeping in order to read just one more chapter. I highly recommend this book!”

A third reviewer writes, “Eminent Domain begins with one of the more chilling action/revenge sequences I've ever read before backtracking to show just how things got this bad...although it's outside of my usual genre, I found it compelling and well-written -- and recommend it to people who like their legal and revenge dramas populated by believable characters.”
