Volume 2 in the Survival Mode Series: Steen O’Mannon is a committed survivalist ready to take on any disaster scenario. He’s a 44-year-old accountant living in Florida with his girlfriend Liu and her daughter Kristin. Their idyllic life is turned upside down when radical Islamic terrorists unleash a bioterror attack. The highly-contagious virus breaks down the central nervous system and causes its victims to become violent before succumbing to a horrific death. The virus quickly spreads despite the CDC’s feverish attempts to find a cure. Sports arenas are turned into makeshift treatment centers when hospitals run out of room. The infection spirals out of control and experts warn the entire U.S. population could be wiped out in a matter of weeks.

At first Steen and his family live off his store of supplies and wait for a cure. But when Kristin contracts the deadly virus Steen takes matters into his own hands and goes into survival mode. Clad in body armor and armed to the teeth, Steen launches his own war on terror leaving a trail of terrorists wishing they’d only been water-boarded. He follows the trail of clues in search of an antivirus in a desperate bid to save his family and the entire country.
