If only weight loss was as simple as “calories in, calories out.” All you’d have to do is cut back on your calories and/or increase your workouts and the weight would melt off.

It is my hope that the concepts and ideas given in this book are going to help your understanding of your condition as well as help in improving your health and maintaining a high level of functioning as you age. There are many tools that can positively impact your health and longevity.
