Firekill is a breakneck, hair-trigger and often witty science-fiction adventure with the twists and turns of a mystery.
Two lifelong friends unearth something on a ridge in the swamps of Louisiana that should never have been found, setting off an explosive chain of events that unleash a horror not of this world.
And if they can't disentangle their mistake, the human race may be annihilated from the Earth.
And never mind the psychopath who's trying to kill them, too.

From the Author
"Firekill" was written with the intention of fun and adventure. We had a great time writing it, and not taking ourselves any more seriously than we had to. Its setting, the swamps of Louisiana, were right out our back doors, and we knew its face and some of its secrets. Putting our characters in it, and having them find something that never should have been anywhere, much less those primordial swamps, let us set off on an adventure that was a lot of fun to write.

About the Authors
Roger Emile Stouff is the son of Nicholas Leonard Stouff Jr., last chief of the Chitimacha Tribe of Louisiana, and Lydia Marie Gaudet Stouff, daughter of a Cajun farmer. He has been a journalist for more then thirty years and writer of the award-winning column "From the Other Side" in the St. Mary and Franklin Banner-Tribune. He was featured on the television show "Fly Fishing America" in 2006, and was writer and narrator of the documentary "Native Waters: A Chitimacha Recollection" on Louisiana Public Broadcasting in 2010.

Kenneth Roger Brown has spent his life on the move since childhood. Being exposed to such a vast variety of cultures and socioeconomic groups has enabled him to develop a unique perspective on a large variety of issues. This diversity can be seen in all of his creative endeavors. He has been a pastor since 1981 having spent several years in Louisiana where he met Roger. He has been a keynote speaker across America and in England. He and his daughter Christina Brown have also completed their first movie script "The Way of the Dragon."
