Five Crazy Days in May - Second Edition
Professionally edited by Ms. Rachel Hockett
Profile: Special Agent Deborah Kumsherofen’s estranged husband Hans, has gone missing. Their marriage broken, after she manages to stop a contract from being passed in the U. S. Senate. Done with the intent to protect her then husband, little did she know the effect it would have on the island of St. Lueitz, and on the life of her fellow Special Agent, and close friend Toni Anderson. Un-aware of Hans’s scheme to pay back the old members of the KGB, for their snub of his departed mother. Or as to how much it has hit the Russian Mob, in their wallets, or the fact that they will stop at nothing to refill their wallets.
Special Agent Kumsherofen, enlists the help of an all female consulting and detective agency, that is well known to those on the hill, for being both very good, but also discrete. Un-prepared for the beauty and grace of the owner of the company, Deborah is surprised by the strange new attractions she is feeling towards her, and her mind fills with thoughts that she has long suppressed. Amazingly, she is able to still think clearly; as she and her fellow special agent Toni Anderson, with the support of the Director of her own federal agency, team up with Ms. Erlene Yearner, the owner of Lickety-Split Consulting and Detective Agency to find Hans.
Together they assist the police on the island to find Hans, before there are more murders. Plus try to stay one step ahead of the Russian Mob. Whom, in an act of desperation tries to snatch her to force Hans’s hand. An act which, un-wittingly reveals the fact that they have moles in various federal agencies. All of which leads to very risky moves by Deborah and Toni, to bring the case to a surprising climax.
