If you love light urban fantasy and a fun adventure…

Noelle Samuels was just an unemployed nutritionist trying to make it in San Francisco — until she inherited her grandmother’s house in Denver. But as Noelle soon discovers, there is something freaky about the house. Turns out the house is a doc-in-the box for otherworldly beings. There are fairies with broken wings (“an occupational hazard”), and even a troll with an arrow protruding from his head (“well, accidents happen”). Oliver, the doctor in charge, is not of the earthly plane, either. As Noelle embraces her new life assisting the doctor in treating these creatures, she discovers that someone wants the clinic closed, and has been sending death threats. With Noelle’s life in danger, Oliver, enlists help from a community of trolls, who live in a nearby forest, to guard the clinic. Now it’s up to Noelle to keep the clinic open and to find out who wants the clinic closed, and maybe more importantly, why. What is it about this freaky house?
