Half Way Away

Every day is identical when you have to cope with your mind as the culprit. Every day is a trial if you attempt to refute your past. Jacob is seventeen-young-man who makes the choice to live in a half-way, struggling with schizophrenia, haphephobia, anxiety, and past physical abuse. His mother doesn’t accept him. His brother rejects him. Over three years his life battles are gradually scripted in a non-sequential order through journal entries and daily experiences, along with meeting others who share his journey and learning to live a normal life among the typical. This is a prologue to one of the main characters of a forthcoming novel.
