Harvest

Chelsea Dover, newly minted agent for the United Planets Agency for the Protection of Aboriginal Rights and Treaties, was trained to seek out abuses against extra-Terran indigenes. When she discovered the horrific conditions for human indentured labor on the colonial planet Harvest, her superiors insisted the problem was beyond her jurisdiction. Outraged, Dover nevertheless plunged into battle against a corrupt imperial web stretching from Earth, across interspace and as far as her beloved park planet, Seashore. Fighting for the rights of strangers, Dover's crusade soon threatened the freedom of the people she loved most.
