I came across Mindfulness as I searched beyond the walls of the doctrine to find - How Can I follow the way.
It seemed extremely relevant and useful in taming a mind that can destroy all my resolves at will. The practice of Mindfulness existed all over the world across many doctrines. So many different practices like yoga, mindfulness for specific higher levels of alertness, mindfulness for relaxation and healing etc.,
