His Sovereign Will is the true story of one woman’s spiritual journey. Rosie was a typical suburban mother of three beautiful children, and happily married to a young up-and-coming lawyer. Rosie’s hobby was raising and showing Shetland sheepdogs; her dream to someday become a dog-show judge. As far as Rosie was concerned, her life was planned, and she was busy pursuing her goals.
Then God broke through, like he did with Saul of Tarsus on the Damascus Road. Both heard an audible voice, which forever sent them in a new direction. Rosie was no longer in control of her life, and everything changed.
It was 1971, the beginning of that great revival here in the Midwest that lasted all through the glorious seventies. After attending against her will a Kathryn Kuhlman Good Friday miracle service in 1971, Rosie was gloriously born again.
Rosie rode the wave until a prophecy once again changed her direction and led her down a dark and dangerous path into the world of addiction—a world she knew nothing about, and was ill equipped to navigate.
Her life was no longer hers after she accepted the request of a young man who needed help, as God’s sovereign will continued to unfold.
