The book is a true story about entrepreneurship and confronting failure. Aman the protagonist is a 15 year old boy with entrepreneurial dreams. He starts his first venture which is an education portal which is unsuccessful. He is not deterred by his failure and instead goes on to launch another venture which fails too. It describes about his struggles and perseverance in starting one venture after another without being discouraged by failure. It tells about his typical Indian family and their dreams of an engineer son, dropping out of college and his belief in making it big. He finally manages to start a pizzeria which he manages to run for a few years until he has to shut it down due to unforeseen circumstances. At the end after many unsuccessful startups, he has created a T-shirt with changeable print designs which he has named ‘T-share’. He gives up his secure job and returns again to chase after his dreams. He believes Failure needs to be successful always but he needs to succeed only once to defeat Failure.
People have read lots of failure stories of different entrepreneurs, but this book narrates the tale of various failures of the same Entrepreneurs.
People have read too many 'Rags to Riches' stories but for the first time the Authors have honored the 'Rags to Rags' story. It is not about becoming successful but it's about trying persistently even though Success is nowhere in vicinity.
This is an attempt to expose Dream-infanticide and put a stop to it.
Dream-infanticide is a sin of killing a dream or an idea at a very nascent stage without providing it a fair chance of survival.
It is also about why Tom never killed Jerry.
It is about chasing the Chase.
It is about treating money just like an another raw material.
Entrepreneurs in this true story have put everything on stake every time they believed in an idea.
Overpowering the odds of resistance from society and family, these Entrepreneurs have always stood by their conviction.
It explains how journey becomes more significant than the destination. It narrates about the courage of the Entrepreneurs in the story to bravely provide fair chance of survival to their every dream.
