In The Dark

Alexa digs herself up from the dirt after having been buried alive. Her memories are gone, and she can’t remember her own real name. She’s found and taken to a house in the forest where a few people gather, and learns she’s in a town called Lowbury, where these certain people suffer a strange curse - they see twisted versions of themselves, and their deepest fears come to life; and Alexa’s one of them. Alexa has a fear that one of them buried her, but with no choice but to stick with these people, they try to figure out why this is happening to them, while they deal with another problem at the same time: someone is leaving them threatening messages, and knows each of their dark secrets.
