"Pamela (née Ivison) Pole, one of the most talented and dedicated women ever to serve in our ministry of Invitation to Live, has written a fascinating and very moving story of her life. I recommend it to one and all, but especially to those who share her deep commitment to Christ and His church."
-Rev. Dr. Marney Patterson
President, Invitation to Live Ministries
Pamela Ivison was born in Sydney, Australia. She lived the first half of her life in her home country and then migrated to Canada where she married a Scotsman. It was in Montreal, Quebec that God pulled her to Him and she knew the joy of becoming a "born-again" Christian.
She crossed the Atlantic Ocean from England in a small cargo ship, avoiding icebergs and with the sea pounding over the bow of the ship during a storm. She has experienced adventure, romance, trials and tribulation, a broken marriage and miracles in her life.
This is a powerful story and one which had to be told.
