Lorie will continue to pursue a variety of personal marketing efforts, and has been promoting the book for over a year at speaking events, with her customers and in her business network. She has a list of followers awaiting the release of the book. She hosts monthly Lunch and Learns, and is frequently a guest speaker on radio programs, women’s events, and industry conferences.
Planned future marketing efforts includes:
• Hosting of Free Monthly Lunch and Learns, and Happy Hours in DFW and Chicago
• NAPW free listing of the book in their online bookstore
• TCU Alumni Network including their book promotion

Lorie has been invited to speak at several conferences in 2017, and she will promote her book at these events. The following is a sampling of the events where Lorie has been in a speaker in 2016, already promoting the release of her book.
• Speaking at Industry Events – Such as PMI Professional Day in Fort Worth and Chicago
• Speaking at women’s events such as “Power to Connect” and “Women to the Power of 10”
• Continue to pursue follow-up, custom, corporate Lunch and Learns, such as delivered at Sabre, American Airlines, Burlington Northern Santa Fe, Citi, and others.
• Guest Speaker at TCU’s undergrad and graduate level programs, happy hours and events.

Lorie has hired A Social Media Consultant that will take advantage of the enourmous impact of social media by strategically promoting her book via:
• Linked In, of which she currently over 1K contacts, which she will leverage with the announcement of her book release, and information of how to request it in their local book stores.
• Her consultant will post quips, stories and intriguing updates from the book monthly to Facebook, Twitter, and Linked In pages
• Her company is launching a new website in late 2016, and one page will be dedicated to the book and her blog will reference it regularly, as well as announce her speaking engagements.
