It is different because it was made without tour directors, hotel, automobile or flight reservations. He and his wife visited many countries around the world. They saw a lot of the old worlds, the private peoples and their problems, while stumbling along with the language, and staying clear of the tourist traps. They were just ordinary people out for a good time.
