My intentions are to help you prepare your team in a positive and simplistic manner. In my book, you will complete a tried and proven system to attack and control the defense. These basic tools will help you prepare your players for success, regardless of your level of experience as a coach or that of your athletes as less experienced players. Numbers, letters, and code words are used throughout the book in order to facilitate communication between players and to their coaches. Always keep in mind that if you fail to prepare, you are preparing to fail.
