The 21st century is a century of knowledge power and advancement of information communication technology. ICT demands paradigm shift from traditional to digital form of records, big volume to nano-drive options, print to digital version with unbelievable pace to access at tip of the finger across the globe. The recent development of ICT is playing an important role in restructuring of libraries. Each of the libraries and librarians have to be update themselves with latest electronic technologies because librarians have to remind themselves and others that technology can only be a tool in the hands of librarian to help and guide their users.
