The universal law of attraction is a self-development technique. It teaches people ways and means to manifest their life dreams and goals. It is actually a practice, a way of life, if you want to call it that, for developing positive habits.

When you apply it to the real world, the law actually makes a lot of good sense. There is logic to the idea that what you think, you do. Your thoughts become your actions. So, if you can make things happen by thinking it first then you might as well focus your thoughts on being optimistic and confident in order that you can manifest good results rather than bad.

1.       Identify all your frustrations. Write down all the goals that have been thwarted, all the desires that are unsatisfied and all the feelings of disappointment.
2.       Point out the positive in each frustration. Concentrate on the good points. What good has resulted out of the bad experience?
3.       Work on being positive. Stay focus on the good results regardless of the outcome of any situation. Practice being grateful, giving thanks for each good thing you realize. Continue to be optimistic, working hard toward the life you want.

It all sounds so simple, however, in reality, staying positive all the time is very difficult to do. Nonetheless, thinking positively and staying optimistic is the main purpose of the law of attraction.
