This is volume six of an ongoing series of short instructional and informational eBooks on Martial Arts. Obviously, the best way to learn (almost anything) is from an experienced and competent instructor, however I hope these books will ‘fill in some blanks’ or give you ‘food for thought’.

As has been often said - ‘The best form of defense is a good offense’. This eBook is going to explore that topic. We are going to look at strategies, tactics and combat moves. The strategies will apply to everyone no matter what martial art(s) you study. The tactics may or may not apply to your art(s) but I hope that many will. Also, hopefully, the combat moves that I am going to explain will be sufficiently generic that they are either in the art(s) you study or can be added quite simply.
