I don’t how to classify this work. Is it a novel? Is it a diary? Are they memoirs? I’d say novel in the sense of newness, something new, different, and in this particular work, I am poetic, because I’m a poet, and I reflect on so many things, at a young age of 23 till 26 (1966-69), when I was a student in Spain and Canada, when I wrote these “reflections”, or this so-called “poetic novel”, whatever nomenclature can be tagged to it. It expresses the pains of loneliness, nostalgia, homesickness, and internal debates, dialogues on the meaning of love, life and death and so on.
