What would happen if Olympic athletes were allowed to enhance themselves in whatever way they liked to improve their chances of winning? Mister Winner follows the journey of two people who do just that. Lynx is an Olympic gold medal winner and Cavalisto wants him as a prime breeding stud for his herd of athletes. Lynx avoids the plot but, and as a result of the incident, decides to devote his life to helping La Trompette, a tiny heroin addict, to overcome her physical limitations and win gold at the St Petersberg Olympics. After all, why should small weedy people be excluded from the games?
