Molly's Promise to Faith, is a fantasy of facts about a little girl who lives in Plymouth, Massachusetts and dreams about the National Monument to her Forefathers. Her grandmother tells her how neglected the monument has become and how many people don't even know why it is there. In Molly's dream the monument comes to life and Molly looks for the missing statue of Faith. This story is based on the true story of a replica of the monument being found in the town dump. Through Molly's dream the reader learns the meaning behind the reason for the statue being built and calls on a new generation to remember and come home to our nation's roots. In other words, "Don't take Faith for Granite!" Kirk Cameron has produced a film, "Monumental" which is was released in March 2011. It is available on DVD. He traces our nation's faithful roots and the National Monument to the Forefathers is featured in this film. Watch Kirk Cameron's speech at the foot of the monument on You Tube, when he visited Plymouth in September 2010.
