A friendship is a very strong bond of trust, loyalty and respect between two or more people – a bond which can last a lifetime if not betrayed.

Through thick and thin, friends will stand by your side, regardless of the circumstances – helping guide you through the everyday problems that often occur throughout life.

Everyone, even the most unsociable person, has at least one person to call a friend.

Chloe Anne Thompson, also known as Cat, who is a lonely, shy seven-year-old little girl, desperately wants one. During her juvenile years, she barely has any. She mainly blames it on her external appearance. However, appearances are deceiving, for it is who you are beneath the surface that expresses a person’s true self.

Her loneliness soon comes to an end shortly after moving into a new home. She finally makes her first friend, but under rather…unusual circumstances.
