I wrote this book for Elton fans and anyone who enjoys Elton John's music. This book includes some amazing stories I experienced as an Elton fan and some sureal life experiences too. The 1970's found Elton John on top of the rock-N-roll world and this group of Elton fans were there. A story of action packed drama and exciting concert events that I experienced... Including when Elton actually spoke to me. Please enjoy this since it is not an Elton biography, but my true life experiences. This story honors Sir Elton John's music and career.

"The author depicts his life of happiness, sadness, anger and loss by connecting it to a timeline of Elton's career, which I found to be literary genius." ~Gracie V

About the Book:

Chapter 1 Rotten Peaches
Chapter 2 Where’s the Shoorah?
Chapter 3 Bitter Fingers
Chapter 4 Take Me Back
Chapter 5 My Father’s Gun
Chapter 6 Return to Paradise
Chapter 7 Into the Old Man’s Shoes
Chapter 8 Roy Rogers
Chapter 9 I Stop and I Breathe
Chapter 10 Dark Street
Epilogue Blue Avenue

About the Author:

Ronald Rosenthal was raised in Deer Park, NY. After graduating from Deer Park High School in 1979, he joined the United States Coast Guard. As a Small Boat Coxswain, his primary job was search and rescue. During his final year (1983) in the USCG, while attached to the Coast Guard station on Fire Island, NY, Ronald piloted his boat and crew on 165 (sorties) missions. He currently lives in South Florida and still listens to Elton and sees him in concert whenever Elton is in the area. For the author, being an Elton fan is a lifelong privilege.
